The Problem
Naviatric offers convenient medical, psychological and physical therapy services to allow people to get care when and where they need it most.
All of their services are offered via tele-health so a website is a key component of their business so as to attract their clients and allow them schedule an appointment from the comfort of their own home, at work or on the go. Mark Altenhofen, the founder of Naviatric, came to us with a clear mission, to create a brand identity and website that reflect who he is and the life situations that have shaped him. The overall brand look Mark was looking for was personal, powerful and adventurous.
our solution
We worked with Mark to ensure that everything about his branding and website was focused on his mission to navigate his clients’ path to good health. For the brand identity creation, Mark has expressed his connection to symbols used by their pacific northwest tribes such as the Thunderbird. According to Mark, the meaning behind these symbols and their representation of strength, power and protection speaks to those who are suffering in pain. Therefore, we used these symbols as key bespoke elements of the branding and created graphic images to illustrate these fundamentals and clearly communicate Naviatric’s vision.
We created a clean and inspirational brand style including a colour theme featuring blues, reds and greens as well as sharp typography. We’ve also sourced stock photos to fit the exploratory brand culture. We then used all these new assets to build his website so that it attracts Naviatric’s target audience. Each page is designed with the aim to boost leads, enquiries and sales for Naviatric. The website is enabled with lead capture forms and focuses on encouraging users to contact Naviatric, to schedule their online consultation or request a video visit.
