In 2015, in the heart of Bristol's bustling creative scene, Lidia embarked on her adventure as a Brand Photographer.
Equipped with her camera, a distinctive vision, and a passion for innovative solutions, she began honing her skills in brand strategy and web design, laying the groundwork for what would evolve into Visuable — an agency dedicated to propelling businesses forward in the digital world.
Through her journey of discovery and learning, Lidia’s mission for Visuable became clear – to empower businesses to create compelling visual brands that leave a lasting impression, and to make Visuable not just a name, but a promise of visionary digital distinction.

The Year of Brand Upstyle Experiences
In a world where initial encounters can define success, the Brand Upstyle Photoshoot Experience emerged as an idea aimed at transforming aspiring entrepreneurs into successful business leaders by altering both their public perception and their self-image.
The impact was immediate. Just four months after its inception, the Brand Upstyle Photoshoot Experience became the talk of Bristol’s entrepreneurial world, leading to an overwhelming demand for Lidia’s magic behind the lens. She quickly ascended to become a sought-after, sold-out photographer, capturing the essence of clients faster than they could line up for the spotlight.
2017
START-UP
The Year of Dreaming a Bigger Vision
By 2017, Lidia's ambitions for Visuable expanded, fuelled by her participation in the Natwest Business Accelerator. She envisioned creating a brand-building powerhouse that would democratise digital services, making them accessible and affordable while centralising them under one roof. Encouraged by a network of experienced business mentors and the entrepreneurial community, she incorporated the company.
Additionally, understanding the struggles of new graduates, Lidia launched an internship program in partnership with Santander and Erasmus, inviting UK and European eager but unseasoned graduates to join her 'dream team.' This step was more than business growth; it was about forming a collective of digital artists ready to innovate the industry.
That year, Visuable welcomed our two very first internship participants: Becky, a marketing trainee, and Michelle, a design trainee.
2018
Grow-up
The Year of Taking The Leap of Faith
2018 marked a pivotal year for Visuable, as our internship program truly flourished starting with Noemi and Manon, followed by Inka, Karolis, and Pia, enriching our design and marketing teams.
This influx of fresh talent and enthusiasm invigorated Visuable, allowing us to expand our horizons and add Brand Identity Design to our repertoire. As the year progressed, the increasing demand for our services validated our efforts and growth trajectory. Inka's transition to a full-time designer marked Visuable's commitment to growth and evolution into a comprehensive brand agency.
Meanwhile, Lidia pursued an MBA to boost her strategic leadership skills, highlighting a dedication to both Visuable's future and personal development. This journey of growth and innovation led to Lidia's nomination for the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, recognising her passion for entrepreneurship.
2019
Step-up
The Year of Going Remote and Expanding Worldwide
In 2019, a pivotal partnership with Squarespace propelled Visuable onto the international stage, attracting web design inquiries worldwide from the USA, through Europe, all the way to Australia proving our growing influence.
Because of this global expansion, Lidia chose to phase out Visuable's hallmark Brand Upstyle Photoshoots, transitioned to a Creative Director role, and shifted Visuable towards a digital-first strategy. This shift not only transformed Visuable into a fully remote, geographically unbound entity but also mirrored Lidia's own move to Cyprus, a change that fueled her commitment to a digital-centric business model. Despite some initial resistance from clients about the remote model, Lidia focused on those open to it, introducing Copywriting and SEO services to enhance Visuable's digital offerings.
Participation in a Creative Scale-up Business Accelerator Program opened doors to invaluable mentorship and training, further solidifying Visuable's digital path forward.
This year also marked the arrival of another two full-time employees – Sarah, the Marketing Assistant and Noemi, who returned to Visuable as a full-time Designer. The newly formed small digital-first team celebrated Visuable global success with an incredible first team retreat in Cyprus.
2020 – 2021
Scaling & Turbulence
The Years When the Physical World Paused
During 2020–2021, the pandemic-induced shift to digital sparked an overwhelming demand for our website services as businesses sought to establish an online presence virtually overnight, and we were their beacon. With bookings flooding in, we found ourselves crafting websites at a pace that outstripped our capacity.
To manage the influx, Visuable overhauled its operations, stopped managing projects in Google Spreadsheets, adopted robust digital tools, and also transitioned to an Agile framework with ClickUp at its core for enhanced collaboration and efficiency. This era not only challenged but also expanded Visuable's capabilities, driving significant growth and reinforcing its dedication to brand excellence.
We’ve partnered with CAMFED for our first Force for Good Campaign, embarking on a walk equivalent to the Sahara Desert's length to fundraise and support secondary education for five young girls in Africa.
We also welcomed three full-time employees – Efi who took care of project coordination, Sergio who supercharged our sales and marketing efforts, and Carmen who enriched our design team.
2022
Restructure & Rebuild
The Year of Brand Transformations and Winning
In 2022, Visuable experienced significant growth and deepened team connections, highlighted by a poignant reunion in Bristol, its origin city. This gathering, marking the first in-person meeting for some, celebrated resilience and collective achievements with a brand photoshoot symbolizing our evolution into a cohesive #dreamteam.
As the seasons changed, so did Visuable. We welcomed new talents—Alisa and Pixie to bolster our marketing and accounts efforts, and Eleni and Zeynep to infuse fresh creativity into our design team. This influx of new creative energy propelled us to rethink our structure, streamline our processes, and embrace a more efficient way of delivering our projects.
Furthermore, Visuable expanded its Force for Good campaigns, embodying our commitment to making a meaningful impact. Recognition of our efforts came with the Web Excellence Award and a nomination for the Great British Entrepreneurial Award, underlining our creative industry contributions.
2022 was not only about growth but also about Visuable's evolution, driven by team spirit, a commitment to excellence, and a unified goal to make a positive difference.
2023
Maturity & Formalisation
The Year of Innovation and Laptop Lifestyle
2023 marked a year of brand evolution, enhanced team expertise, and solidified remote work culture for Visuable.
Team Workations fostered creativity and bonding across locations from Bristol to Cyprus, while the Team Learning initiative deepened our skills in Design and SEO, alongside participation in global events like the London Design Festival and DigiMarCon in Dubai. Innovation drove our operations, leading to the creation of Website Frameworks and the launch of the Friends of Friends Referral Program.
Our commitment to social good was evident in efforts to promote gender equality, support earthquake victims, and encourage inclusivity. We also focused on equipping our team with the best tools, upgrading laptops and accessories to ensure peak performance.
Finally, this was the year when Visuable received many notable recognitions, including nominations for Small Awards, Great British Entrepreneur Awards and Forbes Cyprus Women in Tech Award, as well as Lidia judging the Drum Awards.

In 2024, Visuable focused on sustainability as its core principle amidst global challenges, aiming for a holistic approach to ensure long-term success.
This commitment is evident in every aspect of our operations, from team development and product quality to customer service excellence.
We're embedding sustainable practices into our culture with engaging talks, workshops, and experiences. Our quest for brand excellence and commitment to quality and trust remains steadfast.
Additionally, we're launching Visuable Merchandise, a testament to our collaborative spirit and creativity, with our #dreamteam leading the design process for something unique and exciting.
