How does Visuable Care work?
We’ve kept the process intentionally simple.
1. Send us your request.
Tell us what you’d like help with. We’ll review your request and use your Care hours to investigate the issue.
2. Receive our recommendation.
Once we understand what’s required, we’ll confirm our recommended solution, the estimated hours required, and the expected delivery timeframe before further work takes place.
3. Give us the go-ahead.
Once you approve the recommendation, our team will complete the work using your remaining Care hours.
All Visuable Care requests receive an expedited timeline and are scheduled for completion within five business days of receipt.
That means you have a straightforward route from “Can Visuable help me with this?” to getting it sorted.
Your hours are yours until you need them
One of the most important things we wanted Visuable Care to offer was flexibility.
There’s no expiry date on your Care hours.
Your website might need several improvements this month, but none for the next six. Or you might prefer to keep a few hours available for those unexpected technical questions that appear throughout the year.
Either way, your unused hours remain available.
When your balance starts getting low, we’ll let you know and send you a link to top it up.

We’ve created four Care packages depending on how much ongoing support you’d like to have available:

$135 per hour, including a 10% discount.
8 Hours — $1,000
$125 per hour, including a 16.7% discount.
16 Hours — $1,840
$115 per hour, including a 23.3% discount.
32 Hours — $3,200
$100 per hour, including a 33.3% discount.
