Visuable Care is our prepaid support package designed for existing clients who need technical troubleshooting, small website updates, SEO tweaks, design changes or ongoing improvements after their project has launched.

Rather than quoting every small request individually, Visuable Care gives you a bank of prepaid support hours that can be used whenever you need them.

Your Visuable Care hours never expire, so you can use them over weeks, months or even years as new requests arise. When your Care hours are running low, we’ll simply send you a link to top them up.

Every request follows the same simple process:

1. We review your request and investigate the issue using your Care hours.

2. We confirm the recommended solution, estimated time required and delivery timeframe before further work takes place. 

3. Once approved, our team completes the work.

All Care requests follow an expedited timeline and are scheduled for completion within 5 business days of receiving your request.

Care can be used for:

• Technical investigations

• Website troubleshooting

• SEO or Design errors troubleshooting and bug fixs

• Small to medium Design, SEO or Copy updates

• Content updates or photo swaps

• Feature or plugin additions

• Squarespace / Shopify assistance

• Assistance with any platform supported by us

• General website maintenance

• Creating personalised technical video tutorials

• 4 Hours — $540 ($135/hr, 10% discount)

• 8 Hours — $1,000 ($125/hr, 16.7% discount)

• 16 Hours — $1,840 ($115/hr, 23.3% discount)

• 32 Hours — $3,200 ($100/hr, 33.3% discount)
