From a Local Brand Photographer to a Founder of a Global Brand Agency: Lidia's Entrepreneurial Journey on Locally Made Podcast

We are thrilled to announce that Lidia, the Founder and Creative Director of Visuable, was recently featured as a guest on the Locally Made podcast.

The Locally Made Podcast is a weekly series showcasing and supporting small businesses across the UK. Lidia’s episode was released on March 16th and is a must-listen for anyone interested in entrepreneurship, team building, and hiring.

In this podcast’s episode, Lidia shares her inspiring entrepreneurial journey, which began in 2011, when she graduated from an arts degree at UWE Bristol, UK and started freelancing as a local photographer because she could not find a job due to the lack of work experience. A few years later, she launched Visuable, which quickly grew to become a global digital agency with a team of 10.

Lidia talks about her experiences and challenges with growing the company, identifying the right candidates to hire, training and mentoring new employees, building a brilliant company culture, and always staying creative.
