+ What does the ‘Project Planning Phase’ mean?
It’s a preparation phase that you’ll go through, before embarking on a project with us. We’ll send you a set of self-reflective assignments that were designed to help you clarify the strategic and creative direction for your brand. This process will help you answer the big branding questions: who you are, what you do, who you work with, how you help them and why, whilst also allowing you to explore the creative direction for your visual brand identity. Upon completion of those assignments, you’ll gain clarity, focus and vision for your brand.
+ What happens during the ’60-min Onboarding Call’?
During the onboarding call, our expert designer will listen, inspire and co-create with you, whilst also advising you on making the right choices for your brand. This session will result in the development of a brand vision Moodboard, which is an asset that captures the vision, and the very essence of your brand identity. This session will allow us to ‘read your mind’, and translate the ideas from your head, into an iconic visual identity. Here are some Moodboards that we’ve created during our onboarding calls:
+ What are ‘Primary, Secondary, Emblem logos and Favicon’?
Those are different logo types that we will create for your brand: Primary: the most comprehensive version of your logo including full name Secondary: a simplified version of primary logo, might include shortened name Emblem: a very simple version of your logo, might be just a letter or icon Favicon: the little icon that you see in the browser, next to your website URL
+ What are ‘Bespoke Brand Artworks?
Depending on your desired brand personality style, we will create different bespoke brand artworks. These can either be 6x unique icons, 3x digital patterns, 1x handmade illustration.
+ What if I need additional ‘Bespoke Brand Artwork?
Additional bespoke brand artwork is available at an extra fee: Add 6x unique icons +$200 Add 3x digital patterns +$200 Add 1x handmade illustration +$100

+ What are ‘Custom Brand Graphics’?
Those are digital files that we will create using a combination of your colours, fonts, logos and bespoke brand artworks to develop tangible assets for you to use online and in print. It’s up to you to decide what to have on them, here is what you will receive: 3x Vertical Graphics in jpg and png 3x Horizontal Graphics jpg and png 3x Square Graphics jpg and png
+ What’s included in the ‘Social Media Pack’?
This pack includes everything you need to deliver a beautifully branded experience within all your digital channels. Here is what you will receive: 3x Social media banners, sized for your selected platforms 6x Square post templates 4x Vertical post templates
+ What are ‘Branded Letterhead and Word File’?
Both of those are branded digital files including your company details and logo, which you can use to create invoices, letters, contracts, memes and so on. Branded Letterhead is a jpg digital file which you can print, and handwrite on Branded Word File is a Microsoft Word file which you can write on digitally
+ What happens during ‘3x Brand Design Phases’?
Phase 1: Finalisation of Moodboard, development of colour palette, selection of 3x font style options, creation of 3x artwork concepts, design of 3x logo concepts. Phase 2: Finalisation of selected colour palette, font styles, artworks, and logo designs. Creation of custom graphics, social media pack, branded letterhead and Word File. Phase 3: Finalisation of all aspects of brand identity design, creation of brand guidelines book. Development of all final files.
+ What if I need additional ‘Brand Design Phases’?
Our process has been designed to result in creation of your desired brand identity within the timeframes included in this package. However, if you require additional brand design phases added to your project, those are available at an extra fee of $100 per hour.
+ What happens during ‘2x Project Progress Calls’?
Call 1: Revision of Phase 1 brand design and co-creation of logos and artwork. Call 2: Revision of Phase 2 brand design and co-creation of brand assets.
+ What if I need additional ‘Project Progress Calls’?
Our process has been designed to result in creation of your desired brand identity within the timeframes included in this package. However, if you require additional project progress calls added to your project, those are available at an extra fee of $100 per hour.
+ What is a ‘Brand Guidelines Book’?
A Brand Guidelines Book is a document that captures your entire brand identity and showcases all your assets in one place. It’s something that you can share with your graphic designer, or your marketing team to help them understand how to use your brand design style. It includes all types of your logo and explains how to use them, it provides you with all your colour codes, and it gives you access to your font download links whilst also providing you with the creative direction for your social media style. Here are some examples of brand books that we’ve created:
+ What file types do you provide for logos and graphics?
We provide the following files for all your logos and graphics: JPG, PNG, EPS, PDF.
+ What codes do you provide for the colour palette?
We provide the following codes for the colour palette: PANTONE, CMYK, RGB, HEX.
+ Is a business card design included in this package?
A business card design is not included but is available at $150.
+ Is a branded Power Point Template included in this package?
A branded power Point Template is not included, but is available at $250
+ How long does this process take to complete?
The brand identity design process is designed to take 4-6 weeks. We go through each project phase on a weekly basis, with project progress calls in between.
+ Do you offer payment plans and what are they?
Yes, we offer a payment plan. You can pay in 2x instalments: 50% on booking, 50% on delivery. We will deliver all your assets once your final payment has been made.
+ If I am interested to book this package, when can we start?
We can start anytime you like. Our process begins with the project planning phase, and we recommend that you spend 1-2 weeks completing it. By the time you complete your assignments, we will have onboarding call slots available, and can get creative with you!
Branded Website Design

Upon completion of those assignments, you’ll gain clarity, focus and vision for your brand, and will have a clear understanding on how your brand needs to be communicated through your website.

We will suggest exact word count for each element, to give you an idea of how much content you’ll need to write.

+ What if I already have my own logo?
If you already have your own logo, we will discount $200 off your package.
+ What’s included in ‘Image Search’?
Image search involves finding 20 on-brand, high-quality photographs for your website project. During the planning call, we will discuss what photos we need for your brand, and later our creative team will find the perfect copyright free images for you.
+ What if I already have my own brand images?
If you already have your own brand images (and providing they are high quality and we can use them), then we will discount $100 off your package.
+ What’s included in ‘5x Pages of Custom Website Design’?
5 pages are usually: HOME, ABOUT, SERVICES, BLOG, CONTACT, but you are free to choose any 5 pages that you might need for your brand. Here is what we usually include: HOME: an overview of your entire business – positioning statement, short who you are section, short what you do section with snippets explaining each service, testimonials section, featured blogs section, credibility assets section, contact section and anything else that you might feel is relevant to showcase to your audience. The goal of this page is to help you resonate with your ideal clients, whilst persuading them to find out more about how you can help them. ABOUT: in-depth information about your company. Who you are, company history, mission, vision, values, founder’s bio, team bios and any qualifications you may have. SERVICES: an overview of your services, we can fit up to 6. Short descriptions with a call to action to either enquire with you, or a call to action to click to find out more (with the latter, you will need to invest in developing extra sub-pages, to showcase each of your services in more detail). BLOG: an editable part of your website, where you can share your expertise, company news, latest promotions or anything else that might help your audience understand what the value is of working with you. CONTACT: a page holding company contact details, address, map, contact form and appointment scheduling facility to help your clients enquire with you.
+ What if I need additional pages?
If you need additional pages, you can add more at $100 per page. A page of design is roughly 500 words. If your content is longer, we will charge $100 per 500 words.
+ Is copywriting or copy editing included in this package?
Copywriting or copy editing is not included in this package. If you would like us to write or edit your website copy, we have two packages available at $995 and $595
+ Do you offer a branded coming soon page?
Yes, we can create this for you if needed.
+ Does the website include social media integration?
Yes, all necessary social channels will be implemented as part of this package.
+ What’s included in ‘On-site and Technical SEO’?
On-site SEO means that we will ensure that your website is ‘Google friendly’. As part of our process, we will create clean url paths, simple and relevant page names, input website description, page titles, page descriptions and use heading tags correctly, ensuring searchability. We will also resize all images for web browsing, ensuring fast load speed. Technical SEO means that we will submit your website to search engines, ensuring that it’s picked up by Google as fast as possible.
+ How much will my SEO improve after the website rebuild?
Website rebuild improves the brand impression and conversions, the SEO that we will do ensures that the website had been built with search engines in mind, but SEO is an ongoing strategy. The improvement will depend on how much traffic you drive to the website, and it’s not something that can estimated.
+ What happens during ‘Brand and Web Design Phases’?
Phase 1: Finalisation of Moodboard, development of colour palette, selection of 3x font style options, creation of 3x artwork concepts, design of 3x logo concepts. Phase 2: Next phase of design of all aspects of your brand identity and development of your HOME page design. Phase 3: Finalisation of all aspects of brand identity design, creation of brand guidelines book. Development of all final files. Revisions of homepage and development of the remaining pages of your website.
+ What if I need additional ‘Brand and Website Design Phases’?
Our process has been designed to result in creation of your desired brand and website design within the timeframes included in this package. However, if you require additional brand and website design phases added to your project, those are available at an extra fee of $100 per hour.
+ What happens during ‘3x Project Progress Calls’?
Call 1: Revision of Phase 1 brand design, co-creation of logos and artwork and creation of your HOME page concepts. Call 2: Revision of Phase 2 brand design, co-creation of brand assets, revisions to your HOME page design. Call 3: Finalisation of all aspects of your brand identity, revisions to your entire website design, subscribing to Squarespace, technical checks.
+ What if I need additional ‘Project Progress Calls’?
Our process has been designed to result in creation of your desired brand and website design within the timeframes included in this package. However, if you require additional project progress calls added to your project, those are available at an extra fee of $100 per hour.
+ What happens during ‘Project Finalisation Phase’?
During the finalization phase, we will implement any final revisions, integrate any additional platforms, connect all forms and buttons, ensure SEO optimization is in place, optimize your website for mobiles and test that everything is working smoothly.
+ What’s included as part of ‘60-min Squarespace Training Call’?
We will walk you through the ins and outs of Squarespace. This includes accessing your website, changing images / editing text, creating blogs, and checking analytics.
+ Will you set-up my blog?
Yes, each website comes with an optional blog platform as standard and we will also style a blog post template free of charge.
+ Will you transfer my blog from WordPress?
If you would like us to transfer your blog from WordPress, we offer this option at $245.
+ Will you set-up a facility for me to add events to my website?
If you would like us to set-up facility to add events to your website, we offer this option at $245.
+ Will you set-up my pop-up banner?
Yes, each website comes with an optional pop-up banner.
+ Can you add a chatbot to my website?
Yes, we can add a chatbot to your website at an extra free of $100. Chatbots are great at generating new equeries and engaging with your visitors.
+ Can you create a dual language website?
Yes, we can create a website in two languages. If you would like to add this option, we have a dual language ad-on available at $495
+ Will you connect my domain to my new website?
Yes, we will connect your domain to your new website. Please note that you will need to purchase your domain first from domain registrar such as GoDaddy.
+ Will you transfer my domain to a new domain registrar?
Transferring a domain is a complex process that is best done by a specialized IT company, we can recommend one that can help.
+ Will you set-up my SSL Certificate?
All Squarespace websites come with SSL certificate as part of subscription. We will activate it on your new website. If you have an existing Squarespace website and your SSL certificate is not working, please contact Squarespace for tech support for help.
+ Will you embed my existing systems?
We will embed any of your existing systems free of charge. All you need to do is send us the HTML code snippet provided by your platform, and we will do the rest. If you need help setting-up those systems first, then we will charge $100 per hour to help you set-up.
+ Will you set-up my appointments scheduler?
If you would like us to help set-up your scheduler, you can ad-on an additional 60-min Call at $245 and we can walk you through the set-up process. Alternatively, we can recommend the best options for you and embed them, free of charge, once you set it up yourself.
+ Will you create my branded newsletter template?
If you would like us to create a branded newsletter template, we offer a newsletter template design at $150.
+ Will you set-up my email?
We don’t set-up or manage email accounts for clients. For security reasons, it’s easier that you create those for yourself. Squarespace business subscription comes with 1x free email account which can be set-up with few clicks, we can show you how to do this during the training call. We will connect your email to all contact forms on your website.
+ Will you create my freebie automation?
If you would like us to create your freebie automation, we offer a freebie automation package at $245. It includes: customer journey mapping, email template design, automation set-up, freebie upload, connecting to the website and testing. All you need to do is write the email content and provide us with your freebie PDF. If you need help with this too, talk to us.
+ If I would like special features, is custom codding included?
Each website includes basic custom CSS as standard, just to ensure that mobile styling matches the desktop styling, and that some features behave the way we intended. If you have more advanced custom coding requirements, please talk to us.
+ Will you set-up my e-commerce?
If you would like us to set-up your e-commerce, we offer e-commerce package at $995. It includes: Squarespace e-commerce tools set-up, shop item page design styling, adding 1x sample product, 1x SHOP page design on your website, How to guide: Payment Providers, 30-min Training Call (how to add more products). Please note that for security reasons, we do not set-up payment provider accounts for clients. We will provide you with guidance on how to do this by yourself.*Please note that if you need an advanced search feature that filters through several parameters, this requires custom coding. We offer this option at an additional fee.
+ Will you set-up my membership platform?
If you would like us to create a membership area on your website, we offer a membership package at $995. It includes: Membership platform set-up, 1x subscription product set-up, platform brand styling to match your website, developing 3x backend pages with your selected functionality, 1x Membership frontend page design on your website, How to guide: Payment Providers, 30-min Training Call (how to upload your content). Please note that for security reasons, we do not set-up payment provider accounts for clients. We will provide you with guidance on how to do this by yourself.
