Richard, the founder of Harold Stephens came to us over a year ago, with a view to refresh his company website, previously called Wealth West. We’ve started creating his new website but half way through our journey together, Richard decided that he wants to go all-in and transform absolutely everything about his company so that he can start fresh with new energy in new place.
We worked with Richard for over a year, advising him on everything from renaming his company (he eventually picked his granddad’s name), through brand concept - we came up with an idea that Harold Stephens is a stylish gentlemen, who sees his clients in a home-like office environment, where they can experience an old fashioned face-to-face financial advice over a cup of tea, cake or even a glass of whisky if that’s what they feel like.
Richard loved this idea and decided that he wants to create this home environment at his shop in BS9. So… we got an interior designer on board and worked hand-in hand to make the dream office a reality.
We’ve pulled together over 10 suppliers to make Richard’s vision a reality - transforming his brand inside-out, across all digital and physical touch-points. From vision and creative direction through logo, stationery and shop signage design, through copywriting to office interior, personal style, photography and finally a fantastic website design that showcases everything that he stands for.
